透明质酸钠凝胶联合替硝唑片治疗慢性牙周炎的效果观察

Effect of sodium hyaluronate gel combined with tinidazole tablets on chronic periodontitis

目的分析透明质酸钠凝胶配合替硝唑片治疗慢性牙周炎的效果。方法抽取2016年1月至2020年12月驻马店市中心医院治疗的慢性牙周炎患者116例, 根据随机数字表法分为单一用药组和联合用药组, 每组58例。单一用药组采用替硝唑片治疗, 联合用药组在单一用药组的基础上采用透明质酸钠凝胶治疗。比较2组疗效、牙周指数[牙龈指标(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)]、疼痛程度、咀嚼功能、不良反应发生率。结果联合用药组总有效率为98.28%(57/58)高于单一用药组的84.28%(49/58), P<0.05;与单一用药组比较, 治疗后联合用药组SBI、PLI、GI指数低(P<0.05);与单一用药组比较, 治疗后联合用药组疼痛程度分值低, 且咀嚼功能分值高(P<0.05);联合用药组总不良反应发生率[6.90%(4/58)]与单一用药组[13.79%(8/58)]比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论透明质酸钠凝胶联合替硝唑片治疗慢性牙周炎效果显著, 可改善牙周指数, 减轻疼痛, 提高咀嚼功能, 且安全性良好。

Objective To analyze the effect of sodium hyaluronate gel combined with tinidazole tablets in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods A total of 116 patients with chronic periodontitis treated in Zhumadian Central Hospital from January 2016 to December 2020 were selected,and they were divided into single medication group and combination medication group according to the random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The single medication group was treated with tinidazole tablets,and the combination medication group was treated with sodium hyaluronate gel based on the treatment of the single medication group.The curative effect,periodontal indexes including gingival index(GI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),and plaque index(PLI),degree of pain,masticatory function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the combination medication group was 98.28%(57/58),which was higher than the 84.28%(49/58)in the single medication group(P<0.05).Compared with single medication group,SBI,PLI and GI indexes in the combination medication group were lower after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the single medication group,the pain degree score in the combination medication group was lower,and the masticatory function score was higher(P<0.05).There was no significant change in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the combination medication group(6.90%,4/58)and single medication group(13.79%,8/58),P>0.05.Conclusions Sodium hyaluronate gel combined with tinidazole tablets is effective in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.It can improve periodontal index,reduce pain,improve masticatory function,with good safety.
