重组人表皮生长因子联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗白内障超声乳化术后干眼症的效果分析

Effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops on dry eye after phacoemulsification

目的分析重组人表皮生长因子联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗白内障超声乳化术后干眼症的临床效果。方法抽取2019年4月至2021年4月漯河市中医院收治的白内障超声乳化术后干眼症患者90例, 依据用药方案分为联合组与单一组, 每组45例。单一组给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗, 联合组给予重组人表皮生长因子联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗。比较两组总有效率、症状评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪膜厚度、基础泪液分泌试验(SIt)、角膜荧光素(FL)评分、视力。结果联合组总有效率(91.11%, 41/45)高于单一组(75.56%, 34/45), P<0.05。治疗后, 联合组酸胀感、异物感、畏光症状评分均低于单一组(t=29.84、26.75、17.73, P均<0.05)。治疗后, 联合组BUT、泪膜厚度、SIT大于单一组, FL评分低于单一组, 视力优于单一组(t=10.39、16.06、23.43、26.39、13.35, P均<0.05)。结论重组人表皮生长因子联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗白内障超声乳化术后干眼症, 可减轻干眼症状, 改善泪膜功能和眼表功能, 改善视力水平, 临床效果显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops on dry eye after phacoemulsification.Methods A total of 90 patients with dry eye after cataract phacoemulsification who were admitted to Luohe Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected,and they were divided into a combined group and a single group according to the medication regimens,with 45 cases in each group.The single group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and the combined group was treated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops.The total effective rate,symptom score,tear film break-up time(BUT),tear film thickness,basal tear schirmer I test(SIT),corneal fluorescein(FL)score,and visual acuity were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the combined group(91.11%,41/45)was higher than that in the single group(75.56%,34/45),P<0.05.After treatment,the scores of soreness,foreign body sensation and photophobia in the combined group were lower than those in the single group(t=29.84,26.75,17.73;all P<0.05).After treatment,the BUT,tear film thickness and SIt in the combined group were greater than those in the single group,while the FL score was lower than that in the single group,and the visual acuity was better than that in the single group(t=10.39,16.06,23.43,26.39,13.35;all P<0.05).Conclusions Recombinant human epidermal growth factor combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye after phacoemulsification can reduce dry eye symptoms,improve tear film function and ocular surface function,and improve visual acuity,with significant clinical effects.
