祛风除痹汤联合穴位埋线治疗类风湿关节炎的临床研究

Clinical study of Qufeng Chubi decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

目的观察祛风除痹汤联合穴位埋线治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的效果。方法抽取2018年10月至2021年9月许昌市人民医院收治的216例RA患者, 按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组, 每组108例。两组均给予常规治疗, 在此基础上, 对照组采用祛风除痹汤治疗, 观察组采用祛风除痹汤联合穴位埋线治疗, 两组均连续治疗3个月。比较两组的治疗效果及治疗前后疼痛程度[采用麦吉尔疼痛问卷(MPQ)评估]、实验室指标[C-反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)水平]和关节活动情况[采用疾病活动性评分-28(DAS-28)和健康评估问卷(HAQ)评估]。结果治疗后, 观察组治疗总有效率(87.96%, 95/108)高于对照组(76.85%, 83/108), P<0.05。治疗后3个月, 两组MPQ各维度及总分、CRP及RF水平、DAS-28及HAQ评分均低于治疗前, 且观察组低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论祛风除痹汤联合穴位埋线治疗RA的效果显著, 可缓解患者的疼痛程度, 降低炎症反应, 改善关节活动情况。

Objective To observe the application value of Qufeng Chubi decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods A total of 216 patients with RA treated in Xuchang People’s Hospital from October 2018 to September 2021 were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 108 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with Qufeng Chubi decoction,and the observation group was treated with Qufeng Chubi decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The therapeutic effects,preoperative and postoperative pain degree assessed by McGill Pain Questionnaire(MPQ),laboratory indexes including C-reactive protein(CRP)and rheumatoid factor(RF),and joint activity assessed by disease activity Score-28(DAS-28),and health assessment questionnaire(HAQ)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(87.96%,95/108)was higher than that of the control group(76.85%,83/108),P<0.05.Three months after treatment,the dimensions and total scores of MPQ,levels of CRP and RF,scores of DAS-28 and HAQ in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Qufeng Chubi decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding has significant therapeutic effects on RA patients.It can alleviate the degree of pain,reduce inflammatory reaction,and improve joint activity.
