Real Estate Investment,Public Opinion Participation and Regional Education Service Supply

在经济形势复杂且减税降费规模持续不断扩大的背景下,攸关民生的公共教育服务亟待在数量、质量与可及性等多方面提升。本文尝试借助全国31个省份强时效的面板数据,从地方教育服务供给的"财、人、物"三个维度出发,以期探究地区教育服务供给、居民住宅购置、网络舆论反馈行为间可能存在的关联及三者间的交互影响轨迹,进而厘清影响地区教育服务供给的关键因素及其内在作用机制。另外,通过异质性指标--人口流动性和地方财政自给率的引入,在基础模型的基础上展开进一步的分组分析,以期辨识、找准影响地方公共教育服务供给的人口、地区及社会特征要素,总结公共教育服务供给过程中的发展规律与特征,进而为包容性更强、满意度更高的公共教育服务供给提供针对性的数据支持和政策建议。

Under the background of the complex economic situation and the continuous expansion of the scale of tax reduction and fee reduction, public education services related to people’s livelihood which urgently need to be improved in terms of quantity, quality and accessibility. Based on the panel data of 31 provinces, this paper explores the possible correlation and interaction between regional education supply,residential investment and public opinion feedback behavior on the Internet from the three dimensions of “financial, human and material” of local education supply, so as to provide a reference for the development of local education.This paper then clarifies basic factors that affect the supply of regional education services and its internal mechanism.In addition, through the introduction of heterogeneity indicators, population mobility and local financial self-sufficiency rate, this paper further carries out group analysis on the basis of the original model, in order to identify the population, regional and social characteristics that affect the supply of local public education, and summarize the development rules and characteristics in the process of providing educational public services.,which provides targeted data support and policy recommendations in the future.
