采后UV-B处理对早熟温州蜜柑贮藏期果实色泽和品质的影响

Effects of postharvest UV-B treatment on fruit color and quality of early maturing satsuma orange during storage

摘要 为提升早熟温州蜜柑色泽品质,以云南早熟温州蜜柑兴津早生为试验材料,使用UV-B辐照对柑橘果实进行不同时长的采后处理,在贮藏期定期测定果皮色差、果皮叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量、单果重、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量等色泽和品质指标。结果表明:在果实色泽方面,采后UV-B处理6 h和12 h均可以显著提升柑橘果皮在贮藏20 d后的L^(*)值和b^(*)值;采后UV-B处理6 h和12 h均显著促进了贮藏后果皮叶绿素a的降解,UV-B处理12 h显著促进了叶绿素b的降解;采后UV-B处理6、12 h均可促进类胡萝卜素的积累,其中UV-B处理6 h积累量最高,但与UV-B处理12 h差异不显著。在品质方面,随着UV-B处理时间的延长,果实可溶性固形物含量、固酸比有一定提高,但差异不显著。综上,采后UV-B处理6 h和12 h早熟温州蜜柑果实色泽和品质均有提升,以UV-B处理12 h效果更佳。 In order to improve the color quality of early maturing satsuma orange,Yunnan early maturing satsuma orange‘kotsu early citrus’was been the test material.Using UV-B irradiation for citrus fruit with different time of postharvest processing,regularly determine the color and quality indicators such as the peel color,chlorophyll and carotenoid content,single fruit weight,soluble solid and titratable acid content in the storage period.The results showed that:in terms of fruit color,the UV-B treatment could significantly improve the L^(*)and b^(*)of citrus peel after 20 days in storage period.UV-B postharvest treatment for 6 h and 12 h significantly promoted chlorophyll a degradation,and UV-B treatment for 12 h significantly promoted the degradation of chlorophyll b;UV-B postharvest treatment for 6 h and 12 h promoted carotenoid accumulation,and the accumulation of UV-B treatment for 6 h was the highest,but no significant difference with UV-B treatment for 12 h.In terms of quality,with the increase of UV-B postharvest treatment time,the content of soluble solid and soluble solids to acidity ratio of fruit had been improved to a certain extent,but the difference was not significant.In this test,the UV-B postharvest processing at 6 h and 12 h both improved the color and quality of early maturing satsuma orange,and the best treatment was the postharvest UV-B treatment for 12 h.
