摘要
本文通过对某厂500 kA铝电解停槽后阴极表面及截面观察,阐述了铝电解槽阴极破损的主要形式,并结合破损部位产生的化合物成分化验分析数据,分析了电解槽破损原因。提出了预防铝电解槽早期破损的措施和改进方法,有效降低500 kA电解槽早期破损和提高电解槽寿命。
This paper expounds the main forms of cathode damage in aluminum reduction cells by observing the surface and cross-section of cathodes after the 500 kA aluminum reduction cell is shut down in an aluminum smelter,and analyzes causes for the damage of aluminum reduction cells based on the chemical composition analysis data of damaged parts.Measures and improvement methods to prevent the early damage of aluminum reduction cells are put forward,which can effectively reduce the early damage of 500 k A aluminum reduction cells and extend its service life.
