慢性萎缩性胃炎患者温脾良附汤治疗及中医证候影响研究

Study on treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with Wenpi Liangfu Decoction and influence of TCM Syndrome

目的探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎患者采用温脾良附汤的治疗效果及对中医证候的影响。方法选取2020年12月-2021年12月康美医院收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者80例,随机分为两组,每组40例,对照组应用奥美拉唑治疗,研究组加入温脾良附汤治疗。观察分析两组患者的临床有效率、HP阳性率,中医证候积分情况。结果与对照组比,研究组的HP阳性率更低(P<0.05);与对照组比,研究组的中医证侯积分更低(P<0.05);与对照组比,研究组的中医证侯疗效更高(P<0.05);与对照组比,研究组的胃镜疗效更高(P<0.05)。结论与西医治疗相比而言,慢性萎缩性胃炎患者应用温脾良附汤治疗效果更为显著,可有效清除HP感染,减轻其胃脘胀满、堵闷及疼痛等临床症状,改善其预后情况,值得应用。

Objective To explore the treatment of Wenpi Liangfu Deeoction in palienls with chronic alrophic gastritis and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome.Methods 80 palients with chronic airophic gastritis admilled Kangmei hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into fwo groups,40 casesin cach group.The control group was ireated with panloprazole Aluminium Phosphate Cel combined with amoxicillin,and the study group was treated with Wen PILiang Fu Tang.The clinical effeclive ralc,HP positive rale,TCM syndrome scorc and gasiric juice of the two groups werc observed and analyzed Results Compared with the control group.the posilive rale of HP in the sudy groupwas lower(P<0.05).compared wih the control group.the TCM syndrome score of the sludy group was lowei(P<0.05):compared wih the contml group.he curative effect of TCM syndrome was higher(P<0.05):compared wih the control group.he curative effecl of gastroscopslin the sludy groupwas higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with western medieine,Wenpi Liangfu decoclion is more effectivein the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.It can effectively eliminate HP infeclion.reduce the clinical symptoms of epigastric fullness,congestion and painnoptimize various gastrie juice indexes and improve the prognosis.It is worthy of application.
