577例产后42天妇女盆底筛查回顾性分析与体会

Retrospective analysis and experience of pelvic floor screening in 320 women 42 days postpartum

目的分析产后42天妇女盆底功能情况,并行影响因素分析,为后续产后盆底康复方案的制定提供参考依据。方法随机选取2021年12月-2022年2月在天津市滨海新区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心行产后42天检查产妇577例,回顾性分析产妇盆底筛查评估情况,探讨不同分婉方式对产妇盆底功能的影响。结果在快肌阶段评估合格率对比方面,剖宫产组(63.86%)高于顺产组42.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在慢肌阶段评估合格率对比方面,剖宫产组(81.93%)高于顺产组(67.07)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在快肌阶段评估值对比方面,剖宫产组(47.56±18.36)μV高于顺产组(39.04±17.24)μV,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在慢肌阶段评估值对比方面,剖宫产组(52.72±20.55)μV高于顺产组(43.49±18.42)μV,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论顺产组产妇盆底损害较剖腹产组更为明显,与顺产方式相比,剖宫产方式在一定程度上能够降低对产妇盆底功能的影响。

Objective To analyze the petvic floor function of women 42 days postpartum and analyze the inlfuencing faclors.so as 1o provide reference for the formulation of postparlum petvic floor rehabilitation plan.Methods 577 pregnant women who underwenl 42 day postpartum examination inour hospital from December 2021 to February 2022 were randomly selected.The screeningandevaluationof malernal petvic floor were retrospectively analyzed to explore the effects of different delivery methodson maternal petvic floor function.Results In the comparison of the qualified rale of fast musrle slage evalualion.63.86%incesa reanseclion group was higher than 42.689 inspontaneous delivery group.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05):in the comparison of the qualified rale of slow muscle slage evaluation.the cesare an section group was 81.93%higher than the spontaneous delivery group 67.07%the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Interms of comparison of evaluation values in fast muscle stage.the evaluation values in cesa reansection group(47.56±18.36)μV was higher than thal insponlaneous delivery group(39.04±17.24)μV and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05):interms of comparison of evaluation valuesin slow muscle slagethe evalualion valuesince sarean section group(52.72±20.55)μV was higher than that inspontaneous delivery group(43.49±18.42)μV and the difference was slatistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The petvic floor damage of parlurientsin the sponlaneous delivery group is more obvious than thalin the cesare an section group.Compared with the spontaneous delivery mode.the cesare an section mode can reduce theimpact on the petvic floor function of parturientsto acerlain extent.
