富马酸丙酚替诺福韦治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)临床疗效及对患者长期生活质量的影响

Clinical efficacy of propofol tenofovir fumarate in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B and its effect on long-term quality of life of patients

目的探讨富马酸丙酚替诺福韦治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)临床疗效及对患者长期生活质量的影响。方法2017年7月-2020年9月天津市静海区医院收治的乙肝患者80例为此次研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),对照组给子富马酸替诺福韦二此味酯口服,一天1次,一次250mg,连续治疗5个月。观察组给予富马酸丙酚替诺福韦口服,一天1次,一次30mg,连续治疗5个月。观察两组治疗后临床疗效及生活质量改善有无差异。结果观察组治疗效果高于对照组,且观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后两组惠者生活质量均逐渐提高,且治疗后观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论慢性乙肝患者应用富马酸丙酚替诺福韦治疗效果较好,具有较高的安全性,可改善患者的生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To invesligale the clinical efficacy of propofol tenofovir fumarate in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B(HBV)and its effect on long-lerm quality of life.Methods 80 patients with hepatitis B admilled toour hospital from July 2017 to September 2020 were the subjects of this study and were randomly divided in to control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group was given lenofovir dipyoproxil fumarate orallynonce aday,250mg once.for 5 months.The observation group was givenoral propofol tenofovir fumarateonce a day,30mg once,for5 months.Results The treatment effect of observalion group was higher than control group and the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than control group.the difference was significant(P<0.05):after treatment,the qualily of life in the lwo groups was gradually improvedand the score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in theconlrol group.the difference was significani(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of propofol ten of ovirfumarate in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B is better has higher safety,can improve the quality of life of patients.is worth promoting.
