来氟米特联合三七粉治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效和安全性

Efficacy and safety of the combination of leflunomide and Panax notoginseng in treating rheumatoid arthritis

目的探讨来氟米特联合三七粉治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取赣州市人民医院2020年6月-2020年12月收治的100例类风湿性关节炎患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组患者使用来氟米特治疗,试验组患者联合使用来氟米特与三七粉治疗,两组患者均治疗三个月。观察两组治疗后的晨僵,握力、关节压痛数、关节肿胀数,同时统计两组不良反应发生情况。结果试验组总有效率为96%,显著高于对照组的80%(P<0.05);试验组患者临床症状改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论来氟米特联合三七粉治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效显著,不良反应少,可作为临床一项安全而有效的治疗方案,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical cfficacy and safety of leflunomide combined with Panax notoginseng in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis Methods A total of 100 patienls with rheumatoid arhritis admilled to our hospital from June 2020 to Decemher 2020 were selected and randomly divided into acontrol group and an experimental group.with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with leflunomide.and the patients in the experimental group were treated with leflunomide combined with Panax nologinseng.Both groups were treated for threemonths.The moring stifinessgrip strength.number of joint lendemess.and number of joints welling were observed in the two groups alier treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions inthetwo groups was also counted.Results The lolal effective rale in the experimental group was 96%which was significanity higher than80%in the control group(P<0.05):the clinical symptoms of the experimental group were significantly improved than those in the control group(P<0.05):the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower in thecontrol group(P<0.05).Conclusion Leflunomide combined with Panax notoginseng powder hassignificant curative effect in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with few adverse reactions.ltcan he used as a safe and effective clinical treatment planandis worthy of clinical application.
