彩色多普勒超声检查在下肢深静脉血栓形成中的诊断与临床价值

Diagnosis and clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound examination in the deep vein formation of the lower limbs

目的探讨应用彩色多普勒超声检查对下肢深静脉血栓的临床应用价值。方法选取海安市人民医院2019年1月-2021年12月50例下肢深静脉血栓患者为观察组,选取同期的50例无下肢深静脉血栓患者为对照组。对照组与观察组均给予彩超检查,并同时给予观察组抗凝、DSA引导下介入治疗。观察两组彩超检查结果,分析下肢深静脉血栓的特点。比较两组患肢股总静脉、股浅静脉、胸静脉、小腿肌间深静脉的血栓的血管分布及血管内径情况。结果观察组50例患者中股总静脉检测血栓占比最大为56.00%,其次是股浅静脉占比22.00%、胸静脉占比12.00%,小腿肌间静脉占比10.00%。与对照组相比,观察组在下肢深静脉血栓血管内径指标显著升高,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声检查在下肢深静脉血栓诊断中具有较高临床价值,准确度高,可用于该类疾病的诊断和疗效评价。且其具有操作简便、无创性等特点,为促进惠者快速康复提供了有力保障。

Objective To investigale theclinical application valueofcolor Doppler ultrasound examination for lower limh deep vein thrombosis.Methods 50 patients from January 2019 to Decemher 2021 of Haian Hospital Affiliated lo Nantong Universily were selecled as the observation groupand 50 patienls without lower limb DVTin the sameperiod wereselected astheconlrol group.The control group and the observalion group were given color ultrasound examination.receiving anticoagulation and DSA guided interventional treatment inthe observalion group.The results of color ulirasound examinalion in the lwo groups were observedand the characleristies of lower limbdeepvein thrombosis were analyzed.Compared with thein ternat vascular diameler of the common femoral vein.superficialfemoral vein.popliteal vein.and deep intermuscularveinof thecalf.and assess the flow rale.Results In the 50patients in the observation group.the maximum proportion of total femoral venous examination thromhosis was56.00%.follow edbysuperficial femoralve in 22.00%.poplileal vein 12.00%and intercal fvenousve in10.00%.Compared with thecontrol group.the vascular internal diameter index of the lower extremity DVT increased significantly in the observation group.with astatistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ulirasound has high clinical value and high accuracy in the diagnosis of lower limb deep vein thromhosis and could be used in the diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of such diseases.It also has the characleristics of simple operationand non-invasive which provides a strong guarantee for promoting the rapidrehabilitation of patients.
