溶血标本对12项生化检验结果的影响分析

Analysis of the influence of hemolytic samples on the results of 12 biochemical tests

摘要 目的探析溶血标本对12项生化检验结果的影响。方法选取该院(东阿县中医院)检验科2019年6月-2020年5月期间收集的60例健康体检者的正常血液标本为研究对象,所有研究对象均抽取空腹静脉血两组(4mL/份),其中一组血清行常规生化检验,另一组行人工溶血处理,两组均进行生化检验;收集两组标本的12项生化检验结果。结果溶血标本DBIL(11.76±3.80)mmol/L、TBIL(30.90±7.72)mmol/L、ALB(48.23±5.41)g/、TP(78.35±3.69)g/、CK(60.7±10.38)U/L、AST(46.8±10.22)U/、ALT(43.37±6.45)U/L、Ca(2.37±0.11)mmol/L与UA(384.62±93.46)mmol/L均明显高于正常组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);溶血标本GLU(3.72±0.39)mmol/L水平明显低于正常组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);溶血标本和正常血清标本的BUN与Cr比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血液标本发生溶血可影响多项检测指标,为提高临床生化检验的准确性,减少结果误差,检验时需加强规范操作,保证标本质量,得到准确的检验值,避免对临床诊疗工作造成影响。 Objective To explore the influence of hemolytie sampleson the results of12 biochemical tests.Method The normal blood samplesof 60 healthy physical examinees collected in the laboratory depariment of the hospilal(Dong'e Counly Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine)from June 2019 to may 2020 were selecled as the research objecl.Two groups of fasting venous blood(4mL.samples)were laken from all subjects.One group of serum was subjected to routine biochemical test.the other group was subjected to artificial hemotysis.and both groups were subjected to biochemical tesl:12biochemical test results of two groups of samples were collected.Result Hemolytic sample DBIL(11.76±3.80)mmol/L、TBIL(30.90±7.72)mmol/L、ALB(48.23±5.41)g/L.TP(78.35±3.69)g/L、CK(60.7±10.38)U/L、AST(46.8±10.22)U/L、ALT(43.37±6.45)U/L、Ca(2.37±0.11)mmol/L and UA(384.62±93.46)mmol/L were significantly higher than those in the normal group.the difference was slatistically significant(P<0.05):Hemolytic sample GLU(3.72±0.39)mmol/L,the levelwas significanily lower than that in the normal group.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05):there was no significant difference betwee BUN and Crinhemolylie samples and normal serum samples(P>0.05).Conclusion Hemolysisofblood samplescan affect many test indexes.In order to improve the accuracy of clinical biochemical lesland reduce theerror of results,standardized operation shouldbe strengthened duringtest to ensurethequalily of samplesand obtain accurate test values.so as to avoid affecting clinical diagnosis and trealment.
