通过药学干预措施控制医院药占比的效果分析

Analysis on the effect of controlling the proportion of drugs in hospital by pharmaceutical intervention

目的探讨通过药学干预措施降低医院药占比的效果,为控制药品费用增长,促进临床合理用药提供参考。方法对北京市顺义区空港医院2021年3-8月药品销售金额、药占比、合理用药等数据进行分析,结合存在问题进行相关药学干预。结果根据该院临床实际使用情况,发现使用中存在的问题及可进行管控的药品,加强处方及医喝合理点评,开展药物动态监控及预警机制,对医务人员进行有针对性的诚勉谈话,持续改进后药占比降低了3.43%。结论药学干预对降低医院药占比效果明显,在减轻患者经济负担的同时,促进临床合理用药。
