PDCA的健康教育在体检健康管理中的实践效果

Practical effect of PDCA health education in physical examination health management

目的分析基于PDCA的健康教育在体检健康管理中的实践效果。方法对2020年3月-2020年11月于体检中心进行体检者106例进行分组研究,对照组53例子以常规健康指导,观察组53例实施PDCA健康教育,对比两组体检效果、健康知识知晓情况、体检满意度及心理状态情况。结果观察组体检时间短于对照组,体检可信度,体检效率、健康知识知晓评分、管理效果、满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);体检后,观察组HAMA、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将PDCA健康教育用于体检中心健康管理中有助于提高体检者健康知识知晓率,提升工作效率及服务质量,缩短体检时间,大大提高体检满意度,改善其心理状态,应用价值较高。

0bjective To analyze the practical effct of PDCA-hased health education in physical examination health management.Methods A group study was conducted on 106 patients who underwent physical examination in the physical examination center from March 2020 to November 2020.53 patients in the control group received routine health guidance.and 53 patients in the observation group received PDCA health education,and the physical examination ffects and healh knowledge of the 1wo groups were compared.Knowledge.physieal examination satisfaction and psyehological slatus Results The physical examination time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the reliability of physical examination,physical examination efficiency,health awareness score,management efrel,and satisfaction score were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Afer physical examination,the HAMA and SDS scores of the obseration group were lower than those of the co ntrml group.Control group(P<0.05).Conclus ion The use of PDCA health education in the health management of the physieal examination center is helpful to improve the awareness rate of health knovledge,improve work eficiency and service qualily.shorten physical examination time,grealy improve physical examination,improve their psychological state,and has high applicaion value.
