摘要
目的探讨法制陈皮的传统炮制方法与炮制工艺,传承京帮特色品种法制陈皮的炮制工艺。方法以外观性状、口感、橙皮苷含量为评价指标,采用正交试验考察浸泡时间,加水量、煎煮时间多个因素,得到法制陈皮的最佳炮制工艺。结果法制陈皮的最佳炮制工艺为陈皮浸泡45分钟,加入辅料药材和900mL水,共煎煮20分钟。结论此实验研究探究出了法制陈皮的最佳传统炮制工艺,且该工艺合理可行。
0b jective To explore the traditinal processing methods and processing technology of tangerine peel in order to inherit the processing technology of Jing's Faction.Methods Taking appearance.laste and hesperidin content as evaluation indexes,orthogonal lest was used to investigate many factors such as soaking time,adding waler amount and decoeting time.Results The best processing technology of langerine peel was established as follows:the tangerine peel was soaked for 45 minules,then added 900mL water and decocted for 20 minutes.Conclusion In this experiment.the best traditional processing technology of tangerine peel was found.which was reasonable and feasible.
