远程医疗在器官移植术后患者健康管理中的应用进展

Application of telemedicine in the health management of organ transplant recipients:a literature review

器官移植是目前治疗终末期器官衰竭最理想的手段,而远程医疗是一种新兴的医疗服务模式。本文总结了远程医疗在器官移植术后患者健康管理中的应用需求和应用价值,后者主要从提高患者服药与指标监测依从性、加强患者教育和提升综合管理3个方面进行阐述,并归纳了涉及的远程医疗形式及其优劣,主要包括短信提醒系统、手机移动应用程序、电脑应用程序以及手机与电脑联合应用程序等。远程医疗作为器官移植术后患者健康管理的新模式,具有广泛的应用前景。

Organ transplantation is the most ideal treatment for end-stage organ failure and telemedicine is a new medical service mode.In this review,the application of telemedicine in the health management of organ transplant recipients was summarized,which contained requirement and value.Application value consisted of three aspects as follows:increasing the patients’ adherence to medication and indicators monitoring,strengthening patients’ education and improving their comprehensive management.The forms of different telemedicine with their advantages and disadvantages were summarized,which mainly included text messaging-based monitoring system,mobile phone application,computer-based application,and mobile phone combined computerapplication and so on.As a novel and potentially powerful tool for the health management of organ transplant recipients,further application of telemedicine is expected.
