利用藤茶提取物二氢杨梅素提高杂交水稻种子活力

摘要 开展了藤茶提取物中的活性成分二氢杨梅素提高水稻种子发芽率和活力效果的研究。与未经处理的对照相比,单独的天然产物二氢杨梅素作为渗透调节剂,能显著提高各供试种子的发芽率,其效果与聚乙二醇(PEG)相当。渗透调节处理的种子回干,贮藏2个月后发芽率与贮藏前无显著差异。此外,利用二氢杨梅素为主要成分配制的种子活力激活剂,可以有效提升劣变杂交水稻种子的发芽率。用二氢杨梅素等配制的种子活力调控剂在杂交水稻制种授粉完成时开始喷施,10 d后试验各处理的种子发芽率均超过86%,显著高于对照,且种子发霉率减少。本研究确定了一种天然、环境友好、效果显著的可提升水稻种子活力主要物质成分二氢杨梅素。 The effects of the active constituent dihydromyricetin in the extract of Ampelopsis grossedentata were studied on improving germination percentage and vigor of rice seeds.Compared with the control,dihydromyricetin,a natural product extracted from Ampelopsis grossedentata,as an osmotic regulator,significantly improved the seed germination rate of all tested hybrid rice varieties with its effect close to that of polyethylene glycol(PEG).After dihydromyricetin treatment,the seed had no significant difference in seed germination rate within two months of storage.Furthermore,the seed vigor activators prepared with dihydromyricetin effectively improved the germination percentage of deteriorated hybrid rice seed.When the seed vigor regulators prepared with dihydromyricetin were sprayed at the completion of pollination in hybrid rice seed production,ten days later,the germination percentage of the treatments was as high as 86%,significantly higher than that of the control,and the moldy seed percentage was reduced.In this study,dihydromyricetin,a principal natural,environment-friendly and effective substance composition,has been identified to raise rice seed vitality.
