榕夏S是福建省农业科学院水稻研究所以海S为母本与保持系福农B杂交育成的优质籼型水稻温敏核不育系,具有株叶形态好、柱头外露率高、米质优、育性转换起点温度低等特点,2020年通过福建省农作物品种审定委员会审定。

Rongxia S,derived from the cross between the thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(TGMS)line Hai S(as the female)and Funong B(a maintainer line),is a high-quality indica TGMS line in rice developed by the Rice Research Institute of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences.It is characteristic of good plant type,high stigma exsertion rate,good grain quality and low critical sterility-inducing temperature.It was registered by Fujian Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2020.
