岛屿东南亚地理位置十分重要,尤其是从不同时间范围和地理路线来探讨古人类起源、迁徙和交流等问题时备受关注。然而该区域考古学研究的困难之一是考古材料非常零散,不便对比研究。本文尝试对岛屿东南亚考古学研究进行一个广泛而深入的梳理,回顾了区域考古学研究从诞生期到过渡期再到发展期的发展历程,为全球视野下展望岛屿东南亚考古学未来的发展方向奠定了基础。

The geographic location of the island Southeast Asia is very important,especially in exploring ancient human origins,migrations,and exchanges from different time scales and geographical routes.However,one of the difficulties of archaeological research in the region is that archaeological materials are very fragmentary and inconvenient for comparative studies.This paper attempts to provide a broad and in-depth overview of archaeological research in Southeast Asia,reviewing the history of regional archaeological research from birth to transition to development.It lays the foundation for the future direction of island Southeast Asian archaeology from a global perspective.
