后外侧胫骨平台塌陷骨折经前外侧开窗植骨的疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Anterolateral Window Grafting for PosterolateralTibial Plateau Collapse Fracture

分析对于后外侧胫骨平台的塌陷骨折情况采用经前外侧开窗植骨治疗的效果.方法:选择我院在2016年6月-2020年4月收治的该类型的疾病患者50例.按照随机分组的原则将患者分为了采用后入路治疗方案进行治疗的对照组25例和采用经前外侧开窗植骨治疗的观察组25例.对比分析2组患者的治疗效果,同时对2组患者在治疗后的实际体验和并发症发生情况进行统计和对比.结果:观察组患者的骨折愈合时间为(4.31±0.56)个月和完全负重时间为(9.33±1.03)周,均短于对照组的(5.82±0.68)个月和(11.32±1.57)周,且关节活动度为111.32°±13.35°,大于对照组的103.24°±11.21°,并且在随访中观察组患者的并发症发生率为8%,低于对照组的24%,同时观察组满意率为96%,高于对照组患者的72%,以上数据对比均有统计学差异,P<0.05.结论:对于后外侧胫骨平台塌陷骨折患者采用经前外侧开窗植骨手术方案进行治疗,能够显著提升手术效果,缩短患者的康复时间,因此值得在临床上进行推广.

To analyze the effect of anterolateral fenestration and bone grafting in the treatment of col-lapse fracture of posterolateral tibial plateau.Methods:A total of 50 patients with this type of disease treated in our hospital from June 2016 to April 2020 were selected.According to the principle of random grouping,the patients were divided into 25 cases in the control group treated with posterior approach and 25 cases in the observation group treated with anterolateral fenestration and bone grafting.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.At the same time,the actual experience and complications of the two groups were counted and compared.Results:The fracture healing time(4.31±0.56)and complete weight-bearing time(9.33±1.03)of the obser-vation group were shorter than those of the control group(5.82±0.68 and 11.32±1.57),and the joint activity(111.32±13.35)was greater than that of the control group(103.24±11.21).In the follow-up,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 8%,lower than 24%in the control group,and the satisfaction rate in the observation group was 96%,higher than 72%in the control group,The above data were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anterolateral fenestration and bone grafting can significantly improve the surgical effect and shorten the rehabilitation time of patients with posterolateral tibial plateau collapse fracture.Therefore,it is worth popularizing in clinic.
