国医大师王晞星三期论治大肠癌肝转移的中西医结合思路

肝转移病灶的发生是大肠癌患者的主要死亡原因。国医大师王晞星在临床治疗时以补脾运土为基本治则,常用补中益气汤为基础方。根据大肠癌肝转移疾病发展过程中土木关系的改变,将病程分为三期:初期——土木不合证,合用六君子汤;中期——土虚木萎证,合用半夏泻心汤;晚期——土竭木枯证,合用逍遥散加减。分期论治,同时加用抗癌、抑癌之品。癌毒虽实,患体本虚,配伍用药,攻毒不伤正,疗效显著。

The occurrence of liver metastases is the main cause of death for patients with colorectal cancer.National master of Chinese medicine WANG Xixing takes invigorating the spleen and carrying the earth as the basic treatment principle in clinical treatment,and often uses Buzhong Yiqi Decoction as the basic formula.According to the change of the relationship between liver and spleen in the development of liver metastasis of colorectal cancer,the disease course is divided into three stages,the initial stage:the incompatibility of soil and wood syndrome,supplemented by Liujunzi Decoction;the middle stage:deficiency of soil and wood wilting syndrome,supplemented by Banxia Xiexin Decoction;the late stage:soil exhausted and wood dry syndrome,supplemented by Xiaoyao Powder.The disease should be treated by stages,at the same time with anti-cancer products.Although the cancer poison is solid,the patient's body is deficient,it can be used in combination with drugs to attack the poison without hurting the positive,the effect is significant.
