目的 探讨野战血站应对战时大量输血的策略。方法 复习文献资料,从野战血站职能及体系构建,战创伤大量输血诊治进展及野战血站血液保障综合策略等方面进行系统性探讨。结果 野战血站承担了战时大量输血的任务,我军野战血站目前血液保障以O型红细胞悬液及AB型血浆为主。应急全血采集也是血制品的重要来源,要充分进行输血前评估及输血后评价,并通过信息化、整体布局和系统联动,全方位应对野战条件下的大量输血问题。结论 本文提出战时大量输血的综合应对措施,为战时大量输血救治提供理论参考。

Objective To explore the strategy of field blood station for massive blood transfusion in battlefield.Methods The functions and systems of the field blood station, the progress of the diagnosis and treatment strategies of massive blood transfusion in war trauma, and the comprehensive strategy of blood supply in field blood station were systematically discussed by literature review.Results The task of massive blood transfusion in wartime was taken by the field blood station. The blood support of our army′s field blood station was mainly based on O-type red blood cell suspension and AB-type plasma, and emergency whole blood donation was also an important source of blood products. It was necessary to fully carry out pre-transfusion assessment and post-transfusion evaluation, and comprehensively deal with massive blood transfusion by informatization, overall layout and system interaction.Conclusion The study proposes comprehensive solutions to massive blood transfusion, which providing theoretical basis for management of massive blood transfusion in wartime.
