摘要
经丝光处理的棉/莱赛尔混纺面料的纤维含量测定是纺织品定量分析领域中的技术难点,测定过程中经常出现莱赛尔难溶和棉纤维受损的现象。传统的甲酸/氯化锌法中使用质量分数为85%的甲酸/氯化锌试剂,尝试增加甲酸/氯化锌试剂的质量分数至88%,将此方法与物理法进行比较试验,对试验数据进行对比分析。结果表明,物理法试验结果更精确。
The fiber content determination of cotton/Lyocell blended fabrics after mercerization has always been a difficult point in the field of quantitative analysis of textiles.Lyocell insolubility and cotton fiber damage often occur in the determination process.The concentration of formic acid/zinc chloride reagent used in the traditional formic acid/zinc chloride method was 85%,and the new method tried to make the concentration of formic acid/zinc chloride reagent increase to 88%.This method was compared with the physical method,and the comparative analysis of test data showed that the physical method was more accurate.
