摘要
稀土元素Sm有助于改善镁合金的显微组织,提高室温和高温力学性能。Sm价格低廉且强化效果明显,含Sm镁合金成为近些年研究热点之一。本文详细介绍了含Sm镁合金的微观组织和力学性能,分析了第二相种类、分布及其强韧化机制。进一步总结了Sm对镁合金耐蚀性的影响,以及Sm在耐热镁合金和生物医用镁合金中的应用与研究现状。最后针对含Sm镁合金研究中存在的不足,提出下一步工作研究方向,期望能为镁合金的研发提供新思路。
Sm is contributed to improve the microstructure and mechanical properties of magnesium alloy at room and high temperature.The price of Sm is low and the strengthening effect is obvious.The Sm-containing magnesium alloys has become one of the research hot spots in recent years.This article introduced the micro⁃structure and mechanical properties of Sm-containing magnesium alloys in detail.The type and distribution of the second phase and the mechanism of strengthening and toughening were analyzed.The effect of Sm on the cor⁃rosion resistance of magnesium alloy was further summarized,and the application and research status of Sm-con⁃taining magnesium alloys and biomedical magnesium alloys were mentioned.Finally,in view of the current defi⁃ciencies of Sm-containing magnesium alloys,the next research direction was proposed,which was expected to provide new ideas for the research of magnesium alloy.
