从肺脾论治囊肿型痤疮临床经验 被引量:4

Clinical experience in treating cystic acne from lung and spleen

摘要 囊肿型痤疮属于重度痤疮,是一种累及毛囊皮脂腺的慢性炎症性皮肤病,属于中医学“肺风粉刺”“面疮”“酒刺”“肺风疮”“粉刺”“粉渣”的范畴。其病机为在外感与内伤因素作用下,肺脾功能失调导致痰瘀热互结,热盛肉腐,酝酿成脓而发为本病;治疗应从肺脾论治,注重肺脾功能的调整,需联合运用清肺化痰、健运脾胃、化痰散结、解毒消痈及补益肺脾的治法。
