"2+2"应用型本科人才培养的新模式探索与实践——以上海中医药大学生物医学工程专业建设为例 被引量:4

摘要 为适应新时期中医人才培养的需要,针对生物医学工程专业(中医信息与工程方向)的教学要求,开展"2+2"应用型本科人才培养新模式的探索与实践,通过建立"双师型"教师队伍、制订序贯式实践教学方案、开展学生海外访学项目、打造以培养动手能力为主的特色教学实验室、建立校企和校院合作教学模式等多种形式,建立完善理论教学与实践培养并重的应用型人才培养的新模式.新模式的实践实施,提高了学生参加科创等实践活动的积极性,使其在专利和软件著作权申请,以及论文发表和参加相关的学术研讨会等多方面都得到很好的表现. In order to meet the needs of cultivating talents of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in the new era,Shanghai University of TCM adopted a new cultivating mode of“2+2”for applied undergraduates according to the teaching requirements of Biomedical Engineering(Information and Engineering of TCM).The new mode,with equal emphasis on theory teaching and practice training,is established by“double⁃quality”teacher teams,sequential practical teaching programs,overseas visiting projects,teaching laboratories characterized by cultivating practical ability,school⁃enterprise cooperation and school⁃hospital cooperation teaching modes.This new talent cultivating mode has enhanced students’enthusiasm to participate in practical activities such as scientific and technological innovation,who have achieved desirable performances in patent and software copyright applications,paper publication and participation in relevant academic seminars.
