针对理论陷阱的隐蔽性、不可检验性、不可卸责性及盲从性等特点,首先要建立经济管理理论安全保障体系,确立实施经济管理理论的实践标准,建立理论陷阱排除机制,从战略高度明确理论陷阱的危害性;其次要建立理论陷阱识别与决策机制,提升决策机制判断能力,建立拟实施的理论、制度与政策审视机制和负向实践影响识别机制,促进清醒判断成为决策共识并掌控话语权;再次要建立清醒的判断传播机制,促进对理论陷阱的学术阐释,掌控学术话语权,从源头上解构理论陷阱;复次要建立课堂阐释机制,掌控课程话语权和清醒判断的舆论话语权,阻断理论陷阱传播,促进清醒判断成为公众共识;最后要建立纠偏防错机制,防止真正有价值的理论、制度与政策被扼杀。

In view of the concealment,untestability,irresponsibility and blind obedience of theoretical traps,to begin with,it is necessary to establish a safety guarantee system for economic management theory,to establish practical standards for implementing economic management theory,to establish a mechanism for eliminating theoretical traps,and to clarify the harmfulness of theoretical traps from a strategic perspective;besides,it is necessary to establish a theoretical trap identification and decision-making mechanism,to improve the judgment ability of the decision-making mechanism,to establish a theory,system and policy review mechanism to be implemented and a negative practice impact identification mechanism to promote sober judgment to become decision-making consensus and control the discourse power;moreover,it is necessary to establish a sober judgment communication mechanism.Furthermore,it is also necessary to promote the academic interpretation of theoretical traps,to control the academic discourse power,and to deconstruct the theoretical traps from the source;on top of that,it is necessary to establish a classroom interpretation mechanism,to control the curriculum discourse power and the public opinion discourse power of sober judgment,to block the spread of theoretical traps,and to promote sober judgment to become a public consensus.Finally,it is necessary to establish an error-correcting and error-proofing mechanism to prevent truly valuable theories,systems and policies from being stifled.
