西南地区包容性营商环境构建研究

Research on construction of inclusive business environment in Southwest China

包容性营商环境建设是我国积极应对国际竞争、实现跨越式发展的重要战略,也是我国激发各类市场主体活力、吸引外资的重要举措。构建包容性营商环境离不开金融业的支持,需要金融业提供广泛而普惠的支持与服务,同时金融业在支持构建包容性营商环境的过程中也将加快构建多层次广覆盖的普惠金融服务体系。因此,从普惠金融的角度出发,在对西南地区包容性营商环境进行问卷调查分析的基础上,结合实践案例,对普惠金融如何发挥金融支持作用,推动包容性营商环境的构建提出政策建议。

The construction of inclusive business environment is an important strategy for China to actively respond to international competition and achieve leapfrog development.It is also an important measure to stimulate the vitality of various market players and attract foreign investment.The construction of an inclusive business environment cannot be separated from the support of financial industry,which needs to provide extensive and inclusive support and services.At the same time,the financial industry will also accelerate the construction of a multi-level and wide coverage inclusive financial service system in the process of supporting the construction of an inclusive business environment.Therefore,from the perspective of inclusive finance,based on the questionnaire survey and analysis of the inclusive business environment in the Southwest area,combined with practical cases,policy suggestions are put forward on how inclusive finance can play a role in financial support and promote the construction of inclusive business environment.
