摘要
随着汽车技术发展,汽车零部件装配愈加趋近高度集成化。汽车变速器装配至整车后,对其质量检测难度较大,因此,亟需开发出一套基于整车装配状态下的变速器质量检测方法及软件。基于此,首先对检测方法原理进行深入研究,并总结出汽车变速器质量检测方法,进而与编程设计思想结合,对检测程序总体架构进行设计。接着调研多种主流开发平台与编程语言特点,选用图形化编程语言(LabVIEW)。基于预设计的程序架构与功能模块设计开发出结合“云测试”的汽车变速箱质量检测程序,最终在远程计算机上部署检测程序,验证远程测试功能。
With the development of automotive technology,the assembly of auto parts is becoming more and more highly integrated.After the automobile transmission is assembled to the whole vehicle,it is difficult to inspect its quality.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a set of transmission quality inspection methods and software based on the assembled state of the whole vehicle.Based on this,the paper firstly conducts in-depth research on the detection method principle,and summarizes the quality detection method of automobile transmission,and then combines with the programming design idea to design the overall structure of the detection program.Then the characteristics of various mainstream development platforms and programming languages were investigated,and the graphical programming language(LabVIEW)was used to design and develop an automobile transmission quality inspection program combined with"cloud testing"based on the pre-designed program structure and functional modules.Finally,the detection program is deployed on the remote computer to verify the remote test function.
