油冷多合一电驱总成油堵密封分析

摘要 某款新能源减速箱在开发路试过程中,发现存在冷却润滑油道堵头漏油问题。通过计算机辅助工程(CAE)仿真分析软件对铜垫片密封性能分析,发现壳体粗糙度对润滑性能影响很大,存在漏油的风险。采用有限元仿真分析了E型橡胶垫油堵的密封性能,并经过气密试验测得泄露大幅降低,可承受压力最大达到200 kPa。结果表明,E型橡胶垫油堵不仅能消除油堵漏油情况,而且E型橡胶垫反装对密封性能有较大影响。 During the road test of a gearbox of electric vehicle,the problem of leakage from the plug of lubricating oil route was found.Through the analysis of sealing performance of copper gasket by computer adied engineering(CAE)simulation,it is found that the roughness of housing has a great influence on sealing performance and there is a risk of leakage.The sealing performance of type E rubber washer was analyzed by finite element simulation,and the leakage was greatly reduced by airtight test,and the maximum pressure was up to 200 kPa.The results show that type E rubber washer can not only eliminate the leakage problem,and also the sealing performance of type E rubber washer in reverse loading has a great impact.
