摘要 在商用皮卡汽车噪声、振动与声振粗糙度性能日趋重要的背景下,文章提出运用最小均方算法(LMS)测试设备,对某商用皮卡变速器进行汽车噪声、振动与声振粗糙度性能分析,得出了变速箱蠕行汽车噪声、振动与声振粗糙度异响问题的原因,并开展了换挡机构有限模态分析及优化整改,解决了该变速器蠕行异响汽车噪声、振动与声振粗糙度问题。其次开展了城市工况下的整车汽车噪声、振动与声振粗糙度性能测试,得到了前后排座椅测点位置处的声压数量级接近,表明该商用皮卡整车汽车噪声、振动与声振粗糙度性能设计符合设计规范。 Under the background of the increasing importance of noise vibration harshness(NVH)performance of commercial pickup trucks,this paper proposes to use least mean square(LMS)test equipment to analyze the NVH performance of a commercial pickup truck transmission,obtains the causes of the creeping NVH abnormal sound of the transmission,and carries out the finite modal analysis and optimization rectification of the shift mechanism to solve the creeping NVH problem of the transmission.Secondly,the NVH performance test of the whole vehicle under urban working conditions is carried out,the order of magnitude of sound pressure at the measuring points of the front and rear seats is close,which indicates that the NVH performance design of the commercial pickup truck meets the design specifications.
