摘要
从Miner线性累积损伤理论出发,通过对试验场整车耐久试验伪损伤等效的方法,提出一套基于试验场伪损伤等效正弦波的悬架系统耐久试验方法,并通过基于试验场与台架试验失效模式的置信度分析方法,对试验场与台架试验故障关联,对该方法进行修正,证明了该方法的正确性。为悬架台架耐久试验获得快速目标谱提供了新方法。
This paper proposes a method that the pseudo damage equivalent method of the rig suspension system durability test by specific sine wave and the road test,which based on the miner linear-damage accumulation theory,correction the failure mode of the suspension durability and the road test by reliability analysis,to prove the standard and modified.It provides a new method to obtain fast target spectrum for rig suspension system durability test.
