摘要
为了提高汽车NVH水平,提升空调舒适性以保证乘员的驾乘舒适性,车身要被良好地密封。从影响整车密封性的车身子系统角度出发,结合新车型项目中对汽车密封性监控和推进解决的专业实践经验,采用了对比的方法,论述了整车设计过程中的合理的车身孔洞结构、封堵工艺和常用验证方法。通过实践证明,以上结构、工艺、验证方法可以满足车身密封要求。以上结构、工艺、验证方法通过前期设计数据校核和试制阶段的整车密封性能符合性检查,再结合各种试验测试方案,可以快速达成整车密封性能目标。
In order to improve the NVH level of the car and improve the comfort of the air conditioner to ensure the driving comfort of the occupants,the body should be well sealed.From the point of view of the body subsystem that affects the airtightness of the whole vehicle,combined with the professional practical experience of the vehicle airtightness monitoring and propulsion solution in the new model project,the method of comparison is adopted,and the reasonable body hole structure plugging process and common verification methods in the whole vehicle design process are discussed.It has been proved by practice that the above structure,process and verification method can meet the requirements of body sealing.Through the verification of the design data in the early stage and the compliance inspection of the vehicle sealing performance in the trial production stage,combined with various test and testing schemes,the sealing performance target of the whole vehicle can be quickly achieved.
