基于网络平台的复杂重型装备协同设计数据安全管理

摘要 复杂重型装备的设计过程复杂、制造难度高,难以单独完成,必须通过协同的方式进行,传统的协同方式并不能满足复杂重型装备的设计和制造。基于复杂重型装备网络化协同制造不可避免有数据交互,数据管理与安全非常重要。本文针对复杂重型装备协同设计过程中出现的数据安全问题进行了分析和研究,针对在数据交互过程中可能出现的数据泄露和被盗用的问题,基于网络化协同设计平台,采用联邦学习模型、雾协同加密方式对数据进行安全管理。结果证明,该方法可以有效地解决复杂重型装备的协同设计中的数据安全问题,同时也能解决数据的选择性共享问题。 The design process of complex heavy equipment is complex and difficult to be completed alone,so it must be carried out in a collaborative way.The traditional collaborative way cannot meet the design and manufacture of complex heavy equipment.Based on the networked collaborative manufacturing of complex heavy equipment,data interaction is inevitable,and data management and security are very important.In this paper,the data security problems in the collaborative design of complex heavy equipment are analyzed and studied.In response to the problems of data leakage and theft in the process of data interaction,based on the network collaborative design platform,the federated learning model and collaborative encryption are used to manage the data security.The results show that the method can effectively solve the problem of data security in the collaborative design of complex heavy equipment,and can also solve the problem of selective data sharing.
