摘要
针对冷轧生产线人工拆除捆带钢卷费时费力,不安全,生产效率低等缺陷,提出了基于工业机器人的全自动钢卷拆捆系统。该系统核心部件含激光传感器、多功能拆捆头和机器人;通过高精度机器人原点定位,激光传感器移动,触发激光测距仪等相互配合和参数换算,实现捆带识别和精确定位,再通过拆捆头上的铲刀将捆带从钢卷表面铲起,完成剪切及处理回收。该拆捆带机器人在某钢厂九条冷轧产线智能化成功应用,大大提升了生产线的自动化水平和生产效率。
Due to the defects such as time-consuming,laborious,unsafe and low production efficiency,come from manual unbaling strap steel coils in cold rolling production line,in this paper,an automatic coil unbaling system based on industrial robot was proposed.The core components of the system include laser sensor,multi-functional unbaling head and robot.Through high-precision robot origin positioning,laser sensor movement,trigger laser rangefinder and other mutual cooperation and parameter conversion,the identification and precise positioning of the bale was realized.Then,the strap was lifted from the steel coil surface by unbaling blade to shear and collect process.The robot has been successfully applied in nine cold rolling production lines of a steel mill,which greatly improves the automation level and production efficiency.
