氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定钛精矿中微量砷

Determination on Trace Arsenic in Titanium Concentrate by Hydride Generation Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘要 通过过氧化钠碱熔处理样品,采用原子荧光光谱法测定钛精矿中的微量砷,对影响测定的各种因素如:灯电流,负高压,载气流量,原子化器高度、酸度介质及其浓度、硼氢化钾溶液浓度、预还原剂进行选择优化。经试验确定荧光强度与砷的质量浓度在(20.0~100.0)ng/mL范围内呈线性关系,线性相关系数良好(r≥0.9998),砷的检出限为0.0001%;测得回收率为98%~105%。 Sodium peroxide alkali fusion was adopted for treatment of sample,the trace arsenic in titanium concentrate was measured by atomic fluorescence spectrometry,and the selection and optimization was carried out for various factors that affect the determination,such as lamp current,negative high pressure,carrier flow,atomizer altitude,acidity medium and its concentration,concentration of potassium borohydride solution and pre-reducing agent.It is confirmed the fluorescence intensity and arsenic mass concentration is in the range of(20.0~100.0)ng/mL,it have a linear relation,the linear correlation coefficient is good(r≥0.9998),the detection limit of arsenic is 0.0001%.The measured recovery rate is in the range of 98%~105%.
