阳极铜模压铸控制系统改造及应用

摘要 针对采用压铸工艺生产阳极铜模过程中因上模压铸高温铜液、底模小车运行、铜液浇铸重量、上顶模内冷却等工艺控制不到位而产生较高的不合格品率的问题,将人工控制工艺参数方式改为自动控制,实现“一键操作”。完成改造后,进行了实践应用验证,效果良好,阳极铜模的不合格品率由15%降低至2%。 The higher unqualified product yield generated in production of anode copper mould by pressure casting process produces due to the following reasons,such as high temperature melting copper of mould pressure casting,trolley operation on the bottom of mould,the weight of melting copper casting,the control process of cooling inside upper mould is not in place,therefore the manual control was changed to automatic control,"one button operation"is realized.When the renovation finished,the practice application verification was carried out,results were good,the unqualified rate of anode copper mould was decreased from 15% to 2%.
