摘要
针对矿山陶瓷过滤机发生的滤板堵塞、反冲系统不稳、进排水故障、控制反馈失灵、真空压低、管路不畅分配不匀、设备结构及模式不合理、联合清洗系统运行不稳等问题,对过滤机真空系统、反冲系统、联合清洗系统、设备结构等进行了技术改进,提高了设备稳定性,过滤效率整体提升约10%。
Ceramic filter of mine has the following problems,such as blocked filter plate,unstable recoil system,failure of water inlet and outlet,control feedback failure,low pressure of vacuum,blocked pipeline and uneven distribution,unreasonable equipment structure and model,unstable operation of joint cleaning system and the other problems,therefore the technical innovation of vacuum system,back flushing system,joint cleaning system,equipment structure and so on were carried out,the stability of equipment is increased,the total filter efficiency is increased by 10%.
