400 kA铝电解槽阳极残极烟气回收的研究与实践

摘要 针对400 kA铝电解槽换极作业过程中产生有毒有害气体、造成环境污染的问题,采取了将残极上提并固定在刚好脱离电解质液面上空的措施,利用烟气净化负压抽走有毒有害气体,既减少了环境污染,又提高了氟及氟化物回收利用:氧化铝载氟量由4.787×10^(-3)%/月,提升至5.183×10^(-3)%/月,全年可节约成本234.6万元。 Toxic and harmful gas is generated in the process of electrode changing of 400kA aluminum reduction cell,it cause environment pollution,therefore,residual anode was lifted and fixed,the residual anode was separated from electrolyte liquid level exactly,flue gas purification negative pressure was adopted to drain toxic and harmful gas,the environmental pollution was reduced,and the recycling of fluorine and fluoride was increased;fluoride bearing in alumina is increased from 4.787×10^(-3)%/month to 5.183×10^(-3)%/month,the cost can be saved ¥2.346 million Yuan of the year.
