中国式现代化作为实现共同富裕的现代化,需要学界加强对新时代共同富裕思想的学理阐释,为推进全体人民共同富裕、实现社会主义现代化提供指引方向。新时代共同富裕思想强调共同富裕是部分地区和部分群体先富起来,以示范性引导、渐进性推动的思维实现共同富裕,具有多维共享与共同富裕、生产力与生产关系、奋斗目标与实践过程、市场功能与政府功能相统一的内在逻辑。新时代共同富裕思想是回答中国共产党致力于新时代治国理政的行动指南,亟需坚持党的全面领导,为推进共同富裕提供政治保证,坚持以人民为中心的发展思想,把握共同富裕的价值目标;坚持新发展理念,破解共同富裕的发展难题。
