摘要
对于废旧磷酸铁锂电池大量报废回收的现状,文章将振动筛分分选的方法用于分离回收废旧磷酸铁锂电池负极片中的铜和碳粉。使用EDEM仿真软件对破碎后的正、负极片的旋振筛分过程进行模拟,利用SolidWorks软件建立旋振筛的三维模型,并运用ANSYS Workbench软件进行模态分析,得到筛机的各阶固有频率;选取远离筛机的振动频率,采用正交实验探究振动频率、料层厚度、偏心块夹角对旋振筛筛分效率的影响;最后利用旋振筛分实验对仿真结果进行验证。实验结果与EDEM软件仿真结果相一致,验证了EDEM仿真模拟的可行性与有效性。
For the current situation of a large number of waste LiFePO4 batteries being scrapped and recycled,the vibrating screen method is used to separate and recover copper and carbon powder in the negative plate of waste LiFePO4 battery.EDEM simulation software is used to simulate the rotary vibrating screen of the broken positive and negative plates.The three-dimensional model of the rotary vibrating screen is established by SolidWorks software.The modal analysis is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench software to obtain the natural frequencies of each order of the screen machine.The vibration frequency far away from the screen machine is selected,and the method of orthogonal experiment is used to explore the influence of vibration frequency,material layer thickness and eccentric block angle on the screening efficiency of rotary vibrating screen.Finally,the experiment on rotary vibrating screen is carried out,and the results are consistent with those of EDEM simulation,thus verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of EDEM simulation.
