省际金融发展水平影响因素的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of Provincial Financial Development Level

选取2000-2019年我国31省的面板数据,构建固定效应空间滞后模型和固定效应空间误差模型,对我国区域金融发展水平的影响因素进行分析。结果表明,我国各区域经济水平、产业结构、政府规制水平、城市化水平以及教育水平对金融发展有显著的正向影响,而对外开放程度对金融发展有负向影响。空间溢出效应是区域金融发展不可忽视的重要影响因素,金融发展水平较高的省份将会对其周围地区的金融发展产生正的辐射作用,并带动相邻地区金融发展。因此,为促进地区金融协调发展,我国应优化产业结构,拓宽融资渠道,调整对外贸易规则,加强基础建设,加快教育体制改革以及制定合理的区域金融政策。

Selecting the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2000 to 2019,this article analyzed the influencing factors of China’s inter-provincial financial development based on fixed-effect spatial lag model and fixed-effect spatial error model.The results showed that China’s regional economic level,industrial structure,government regulation level,urbanization level,and education level that had a significant positive impact on financial development.But the degree of opening up had a negative impact on financial development.Spatial spillover effects were the important factor that cannot be ignored in regional financial development.Provinces of a higher level of financial development had a positive radiating effect on the financial development of their surrounding areas,and drove the financial development of adjacent areas.Therefore,in order to promote the coordinated development of regional finance,China should optimize the industrial structure,broaden the financing channels,adjust the rules of foreign trade,strengthen the construction of financial infrastructure or personnel training,and formulate reasonable regional financial policies.
