Considerations on the Cases of Distribution and Use of Expired Medical Devices

近年来,各地在医疗器械流通领域查处了多起经营和使用过期医疗器械案件。本文对相关案例进行了简要的介绍,通过案例对经营、使用过期医疗器械行为进行了分类归纳,并针对经营、使用过期医疗器械的现状,提出可行性建议,以期为医疗器械经营环节和使用环节规章的修订和统一执法尺度提供参考和思路。

In recent years,many cases of distribution and use of expired medical devices have been investigated and handled in the field of medical device circulation,and these relevant cases are introduced and classified in this paper.Meanwhile,in view of the current situation,feasible suggestions on supplying and use of expired medical devices are put forward,in order to provide references and ideas for the revision of the regulations on distribution and use of medical devices,and the unification of law enforcement standards.
