摘要
为提高我国工程人才培养质量,教育部于2011年正式启动“卓越工程师教育培养计划”,进行“以学生为中心”的工程人才培养模式改革。10年过去了,强调学生发展的“卓越计划”是否切实提升了工程人才的培养质量?这一问题在已有研究中没有得到较好的回答。本文基于北京大学教育学院2020年行业院校调查数据,以工程师能力考察为重点,分析了“卓越计划”对行业院校的本科工程人才培养质量的影响。研究结果显示,进入“卓越计划”专业对行业院校学生的工程师能力存在正向影响,但在统计上不显著。本文结合实地调查对这一结果进行了讨论,并提出了“卓越计划”院校提高工程人才培养质量的政策建议,即构建良好的校园环境与支持服务体系,建立完善的“卓越计划”校企合作管理体制。
In order to improve the training quality of engineering talents in China,the Ministry of Education officially launched the“Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers”in2011to carry out the reform of the“student-centered”training mode of engineering talents.However,does the Plan emphasizing students’development actually improve the training quality of engineering talents?This question has not been well answered in the existing researches.Based on the survey data on industry-oriented universities collected by the School of Education at Peking University in2020,this paper explores the impact of the Plan on the training quality of undergraduate engineering talents in industry-oriented universities.The results show that taking part in the Plan has a positive impact on the engineering ability of students in industry-oriented universities,but it is not statistically significant.Besides,it discusses the findings of field survey and puts forward policy suggestions,for improving the training quality of engineering talents in universities included in the Plan,namely,the government should build a good campus environment and a support service system,and establish a perfect schoolenterprise cooperation management system of the Plan.
