以学生为中心:西安欧亚学院教学改革的实践逻辑

Student-centered:Practical Logic of the Teaching Reform in Xi’an Eurasia University

实施“以学生为中心”的教学改革是民办高校战略转型的必然选择。西安欧亚学院以“新三中心”理论为指导,推动实施了“以学生为中心”的系统变革。由于面临特殊的办学环境和现实条件约束,民办高校“以学生为中心”的教学改革存在理论逻辑与实践活动不一致现象,具有实践逻辑特点,具体表现为行动逻辑、经营逻辑、平衡逻辑三种形式。在案例研究的基础上,本文提出了民办高校“以学生为中心”的教学改革的关键改进方向。

Implementing the student-centered(SC)teaching reform is an inevitable choice for the strategic transformation of private universities.Xi’an Eurasia University has promoted the implementation of systematic student-centered reforms under the guidance of the“New Three Centers”theory.Due to the limitation of special school-running environment and practical conditions,the SC teaching reform in private universities presents inconsistency between theoretical logic and practical activities,which has the characteristics of practical logic manifesting in the following three forms:action logic,business logic and balance logic.Based on the case study,this paper points out the key direction of deepening the SC teaching reform in private universities.
