高水平财经政法类高校一流本科教育建设路径研究

On the Construction Path of First-class Undergraduate Education in High-level Economics and Law Universities

在“双一流”建设背景下,行业特色高校如何聚焦和强化特色,通过一流本科教育建设,来实现更高水平的发展,是当前我国高教界亟须破解的难题。本文通过政策文本分析法,以6所财经政法类高校首轮“双一流”建设文本为研究对象,分析这些高校本科教育的特点与建设路径。研究发现,这些高校本科教育的特点是:国际性、精英性、行业性、复合性、学术性、创新性。培养行业领军人才是财经政法类高校本科教育的人才培养目标,国际化师资队伍和优质生源是实现目标的保障,学科交叉、通专融合、人才培养特区、导师制是实现目标过程中的关键要素。但这些高校在人才培养过程中也存在优势学科单一、学科发展不均衡等问题。为了促进行业特色高校更好地开展人才培养工作,服务高教强国建设,本文提出如下建议:强化以特色创优势的办学理念,走特色发展之路;加强学科顶层设计,优化学科生态;加强与行业的合作,培养行业领军人才。

Under the background of“double first-class”construction,how do the industry-specific colleges and universities focus on and strengthen its characteristics,and achieve a higher level of development through the construction of first-class undergraduate education,is an urgent problem for China’s higher education community.With the method of policy content analysis,this paper takes the first-round construction texts of“double first-class”in six universities of economics and laws as the research object,and analyzes the characteristics and construction paths of first-class undergraduate education in these universities.The study found that the characteristics of undergraduate education in these universities are:international,elites-oriented,occupational,complex,academic and innovative.Cultivating industry-leaders is the talent training goal of constructing first-class undergraduate education in economics and law universities.Internationalized faculty and high-quality students are the guarantee to achieve the goal and interdisciplinary,generalprofessional integration,talent training special zone,and tutor system are key elements during this process.However,these colleges also have problems such as unitary preponderant discipline,and uneven development of disciplines.In order to promote the development of talent training in universities with industry characteristics and serve the construction of a powerful country in higher education,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:strengthen the concept of running a school characteristics of universities,and take the road of characteristic development;strengthen the top-level design of disciplines and optimize the discipline ecology;strengthen cooperation with the industry to cultivate industry leading talents.
