摘要
高校通过“三全育人”工作初步构建起“德育共同体”,这对共同体中的重要成员——辅导员的专业化发展具有重要的现实意义和巨大的指导价值。本文采用质性研究方法,归纳出目前辅导员专业化发展在理念层面、政策层面、业务层面和发展层面的困境。在此基础上,构建跨职级交互式、跨领域协同式、跨专业互融式、跨学校共享式的“德育共同体”,以期增强辅导员职业自信、制度自信、理论自信和价值自信,促进辅导员队伍专业化建设。
With the work of“all-staff,all-process and all-dimension ideological education”,China’s colleges and universities have initially built the“moral education community”,which is of great practical significance and guiding value to the professionalization of the counselor,an important member of the community.In this paper,the qualitative research method is used to summarize the difficulties of the present counselors professionalization at the concept level,policy level,practice level and development level.On this basis,the“moral education community”with the characteristics of cross-rank interaction,cross-field cooperation,cross-profession integration,inter-school share is built,in order to enhance the counselors’professional confidence,institutional confidence,theoretical confidence and value confidence,and promote the professionalization construction of the counselors’team.
