Professional Orientation of Physical Education Teachers in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

中国特色社会主义进入新时代以来,国家颁布了一系列与体育相关的重大政策文件,为高校体育教师发展提供了新机遇,也提出了新要求。本文通过文献资料法及逻辑分析法,总结了新时代高校体育教师发展的新机遇与新要求,提出了人生目标导航者、全民健康护卫者、专业技能示范者、文化知识传播者及理论前沿探索者的新时代高校体育教师职业新定位与“以文化人”“以体育人”“以德服人”“以能达人”的体育教育新理念。

Since the socialism with Chinese characteristics entered the new era,China has issued a series of major sports-related policy documents,which have provided new opportunities for the development of physical education teachers in colleges and universities as well as new requirements.This paper summarizes new opportunities and new requirements for the development of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in the new era through the method of literature reviews and logical analysis;furthermore,it proposes new professional orientations for physical education teachers in colleges and universities in the new era,including the navigator of life goals,the guardian of national health,the demonstrator of professional skills,the disseminator of cultural knowledge and the explorer of theoretical frontier,and new philosophies of physical education,including“civilizing people with culture”,“cultivating people with sports”,“convincing people with morality”and“enriching people with abilities”.
