在此,我们梳理了2021年中国高等教育领域的十件大事:建党百年,推动我国进入建设高等教育强国新阶段;中央人才工作会议召开,擘画新时代人才工作蓝图;全国职业教育大会召开,开启构建高质量职业教育体系新时代;“双一流”建设成效评价办法统筹推进,加快世界一流大学和学科建设步伐;义务教育“双减”政策落地,开拓中国教育改革新起点;高校本科教育教学审核评估,筑牢本科教育质量“保障屏”;学位授权点增列,激活高校学科建设内生动力;巩固拓展教育脱贫攻坚成果,铸牢高等教育服务乡村振兴战略中心地位;高校教师职称制度改革部署,重塑高校教师职称晋升良好生态;高校异地办学政策收紧,促进高等教育公平。通过梳理年度十大事件,多维度地回顾和呈现2021年中国高等教育发展的前沿动态,凝练和思考我国高等教育发展脉络。

The ten major events of China’s higher education in 2021 are listed as follows:first,the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has promoted to enter a new stage of building a higher education power;second,the Central Talent Work Conference was held to draw a blueprint for talent work in the new era;third,the National Vocational Education Conference was held to open a new era of building a high-quality vocational education system;fourth,the“Double First-Class”construction evaluation system is promoted as a whole to accelerate the building of worldclass universities and first-class disciplines;fifth,the implementation of the“Double Reduction”policy in compulsory education opens up a new starting point for China’s education reform;sixth,the review and evaluation of undergraduate education sets up a“guaranteed screen”for its quality;seventh,the increase in the number of degree programs activates the endogenous power of university discipline construction;eighth,the achievements of poverty alleviation through education have been consolidated and expanded,and higher education keeps the center position in servicing the strategy of rural revitalization;ninth,the professional title system of teachers in universities and colleges is planned to reform for revitalizing the promotion channel;tenth,running schools in different places has been restricted to promote equity in higher education.By elaborating on the top ten events of China’s higher education in 2021,the paper has reviewed and presented the frontier trends from various perspectives,and condensed and reflected on the development of higher education in China.
