新时代德才兼备高素质法治人才的培养模式探索

Training Mode of Top-level Legal Talents with Political Integrity and Ability in the New Era

基于习近平法治思想的丰富内涵,深入考察德才兼备高素质法治人才的理论内涵及重要价值,指出现阶段我国法治人才培养存在受众狭窄、德育引导不足、培养模式陈旧等问题,提出以“双一流”建设高校为引领、以普通高校为基础;以法学专业为中心、非法学专业同向同行;理论课堂、实务课堂、特色课堂协同发力;以研促教,组建案例研习营、项目培养池,探索新时代德才兼备高素质法治人才的科学培养模式,这对提升全民法治素养,筑牢全面依法治国的人才梯队,具有重要的现实意义。

Based on the rich connotation of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law,this paper deeply examines the theoretical connotation and important value of top-level legal talents with both political integrity and ability,and points out that the training of legal talents in our country has problems such as narrow audience,insufficient moral education guidance,and outdated training models.It is proposed to take the “double first-class” construction of colleges and universities as the guide and ordinary colleges and universities as the base,to center on the law major and keep the pace and direction with non-law majors,to make theoretical classrooms,practical classrooms,and characteristic classrooms work together,to promote teaching through research,and to set up case study camps and project training pools,so as to explore the scientific training mode of high-quality legal talents with both political integrity and ability in the new era,which is of great practical significance to improve the legal attainment of the whole people and to build a talent echelon to comprehensively govern the country according to law.
